Lawn Bowls the leveler

Why play lawn bowls? This is the one sport where all groups can compete on the same level. You can be 80 or 8, disabled or able, male or female and you can compete without need to play in special league.

The sport of lawn bowls is one of only a few sports where you can do this. We have such a mix of players in local leagues that everyone can get some game play. And because of this it the one sport you can play for life. The bowls or woods are expensive but they can be used for an lifetime. And most clubs have a few extra woods for new players to use. But the main thing is once the bug gets you, you will be hooked.

And there are aids, tools and techniques to help any level of fitness or disability to play with and against even the pro's of game. We all in same boat in our quest for the "Jack"
